Excellent experience. Am very happy I came across LMC and now have to debate whether to travel the 70miles to LMC when I need a service or any work done to the car. I think it would be worth it. Only suggestion would be to ensure all used purchases have a handbook included for the specific car.
I purchased a 2009 Citroen c5 3.0hdi from Tom Wheeler on 3/11/11. I wouldn't normally have reason to give a 'review' as such on buying a car but I think Tom deserves the recognition and thanks on the level of customer service he provided.
I had been looking for this spec car for 6 months and I got speaking with Tom after sending an enquiry through the Citroen UK Website. Tom replied quickly, provided pictures, detailed info on the car including a 'walk around' telephone call. After several emails/telephone calls I left a deposit and started arranging the flight and 3 trains to get to your dealership. I was reluctant to buy a car without viewing but Tom was completely honest and described the car perfectly. Tom arranged to have me collected from Liss train station and I got off the train and straight into my awaiting lift. Upon arrival at your dealership Tom was present, he had the car sitting immaculate (which is often not the case even on an arranged viewing) I had a quick look around the car, a quick drive and promptly sorted out the paperwork. Tom had even went to the effort of taxing the car for me that morning to save me the hassle.
As a result I would gladly recommend your dealership to friends/family.
