In every aspect of the level of service i have received from Tom, I am delighted. I was kept informed throughout the process, if i have left messages my calls were returned. My every need met, the final preparation and presentation of the vehicle were outstanding. When I bought a C1 from LMC for myself I also bought a C1 in Norfolk for my daughter,when it comes to customer service your garage is head and shoulders above the rest !! Tom Wheeler organised everything and made buying a car a real pleasure,and I am really pleased with the C3.I have dealt with the parts dept, the service dept and of course the sales team and I can honestly say all of your staff go the extra mile to help,I know I will get an e-mail from Tom in a couple of months asking if I have had any problems and if I am still enjoying the C3 !! I wont be going to any other garage.

I purchased a new C3 connexion from Tom Wheeler. The car has lived up to and beyond expectations. Tom suggested this particular car to me and he has done a great job. Having been a customer of LMC for several years now I can only say they have always looked after me well. They have been friendly and always try and meet rquirements. I single out Tom, Geoff and Mark whom I have had most dealings with for a gold star award!!

I purchased a 2009 Citroen c5 3.0hdi from Tom Wheeler on 3/11/11. I wouldn't normally have reason to give a 'review' as such on buying a car but I think Tom deserves the recognition and thanks on the level of customer service he provided.

I had been looking for this spec car for 6 months and I got speaking with Tom after sending an enquiry through the Citroen UK Website. Tom replied quickly, provided pictures, detailed info on the car including a 'walk around' telephone call. After several emails/telephone calls I left a deposit and started arranging the flight and 3 trains  to get to your dealership. I was reluctant to buy a car without viewing but Tom was completely honest and described the car perfectly. Tom arranged to have me collected from Liss train station and I got off the train and straight into my awaiting lift. Upon arrival at your dealership Tom was present, he had the car sitting immaculate (which is often not the case even on an arranged viewing) I had a quick look around the car, a quick drive and promptly sorted out the paperwork. Tom had even went to the effort of taxing the car for me that morning to save me the hassle.

As a result I would gladly recommend your dealership to friends/family.
